This solicitation specification covers the Partial General Contractor for carpentry, locksmith, assembly and repair work on a teller window and adjacent building elements at USG-leased office building in Vienna, Austria. Adjustment of Teller WindowThe work consists of, but is not limited to the following:
The current 5 minute Forced-Entry (FE) window and counter need to be lowered so that the top of the counter resides between 75 and 90cm from the finished floor. Both sides of the teller window need to be modified to allow for an unimpeded 152,5 cm circle for wheelchair rotation, which will require the relocation of one partition wall and alteration and adjustment of furniture. Adjacent floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces in the interior, including all additional and ancillary work. Site supervision and management of all work to be performed.Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is between $25,000 and $100,000. - Documents:
