This posting is providing notice that a decision was signed and issued only.In accordance with AS 38.05.020(b)(2), the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southeast Regional Land Office (SERO) has issued an administrative decision to amend the Interagency Land Management Assignment (ILMA), ADL 105452, to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOTPF). The amendment adds approximately 0.4 acres, more or less, of state-owned, DMLW-managed submerged land in Killisnoo Harbor within Section 7, Township 51 South, Range 68 East, Copper River Meridian, to the ILMA.
