It provides notice that a decision was signed and issued only.The Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a Renewal Decision (RD) for a 10-year lease to Michael L. Shaw dba Cannery Cove for a commercial dock and floats used by floatplanes and vessels to access the adjacent upland parcel owned by the applicant where a commercial sportfishing and hunting lodge is located.Please see the RD and associated documents in the attachments below. An eligible person affected by this decision may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
