Tender are invited for PUBLIC NOTICEADL 108245Alaska Department of TransportationSouthcoast Region April 2, 2025 Subject to 38.05.020, the Department of Natural Resources Southeast Regional Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: Alaska Department of Transportation - Southcoast Region PROJECT NAME: ADL 108245 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Safe harbor float in a small cove on the South side of Entrance Island at the mouth of Hobart Bay, South of Juneau - known as the Hobart Bay Refuge Float LEGAL DESCRIPTION:Within the Southeast ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 30, Township 051 South, Range 075 East, Copper River Meridian, containing approximately 1.15 acres. REQUESTED ACTIVITY:On March 3rd, 2025, the Alaska Department of Transportation Southcoast Region (DOT) renewed their request for an Interagency Land Management Assignment (ILMA) for the Hobart Bay Refuge float. An ILMA application was submitted in September 2013, an agency review was conducted that same month. However, ILMA authorization process was not completed.
