Tender are invited for ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES NOTICE OF PRIVATE NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ADL 109059JUNEAU HYDROPOWER, INC. In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a decision to issue a private non-exclusive easement to Juneau Hydropower Inc. for a 50-year term. The easement authorizes the use of approximately 0.55 acres of State land for a high voltage, undersea electric transmission line combined with fiber optic cable along the tide and submerged lands within Point Bridget State Park, approximately 40 miles north of Juneau, Alaska. The easement will be within Section 12, Township 37 South, Range 63 East, Copper River Meridian. Although noticed as a 25-year authorization, DMLW has increased the proposed term length to 50 years.An eligible person affected by this decision, and who provided timely written comment or public hearing testimony to the department, may appeal the decision to the DNR Commissioner per AS 44.37.011 and 11 AAC 02.
