It provides notice that a decision was signed and issued only.In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has issued a decision to authorize a public easement to Juneau Hydropower, Inc. for a 50-year term. The easement authorizes the use of approximately 23.23 acres of State land for an undersea electric transmission line combined with fiber optic cable along the tide and submerged lands within Berners Bay, approximately 40 miles north of Juneau, Alaska. The easement will be approximately 30 feet wide and traverse a total of 33,724 feet. The easement will be within Copper River Meridian Township 36 South, Range 62 East, Sections 1, 12, and 13; Township 36 South, Range 63 East, Sections 18,19, 30, 31 and 32; and Township 36 South, Range 62 East, Sections 1, 12, and 13.
