PROJECT NAME: ADL 109421 GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: State-owned uplands in the Haines State Forest near Mosquito Lake, approximately 59.4601°N, 136.0267°W. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:Approximately 0.64 acres of state-owned uplands in NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 10, Township 28 South, Range 55 East, Copper River Meridian between Lots 1 and 19. REQUESTED ACTIVITY:Roger Schnabel DBA Highland-s Estates Inc (applicant) is requesting a right-of-way easement to construct a road (approximately 24 feet by 415 feet) from Lot 19 to Lot 1. The easement (approximately 415 feet by 100 feet) will occupy an area of approximately 27,900 square feet.
