Tender are invited for ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AN EXISTING EASEMENT ADL 109422City and Borough of Juneau In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW) has authorized the City and Borough of Juneau for development within the following state managed easement: ADL 109338. The development will be located along the Mendenhall River in Juneau, Alaska, within the NW ¼ and SW ¼ of Section 19, Township 40 South, Range 66 East and the SE ¼ of Section 24, Township 40 South, Range 65 East, Copper River Meridian. Serialized as ADL 109422, this development includes revetment construction, erosion control, and erosion mitigation activity at three locations along the east bank of the Mendenhall River on DMLW-managed land. The three locations are adjacent to private lots on Killewich Drive, Meander Way (north), and Meander Way (south).
