Tender are invited for Public and Agency NoticeADL 234618PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, AS 38.05.850City of Kwethluk, Alaska In accordance with AS 38.05.850, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) is considering approval of a public utility easement in response to the following application.APPLICANT: City of KwethlukPROJECT NAME: ADL 234618LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Within Section 5, Township 8 North, Range 69 West, Seward MeridianGEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Kwethluk, AlaskaREQUESTED ACTIVITY: The applicant proposes to install a pile-supported platform structure and water intake line including two 36-inch diameter steel piles and a submersible pump on State-owned, DMLM-managed shorelands beneath the Kwethluk River. The platform will extend an estimated 55 feet into the river within an approximately 70-foot-long by 30-foot-wide easement occupying an area of 2,100 square feet or 0.48 acres, more or less.
