Tender are invited for NOTICE OF DECISIONADL 422214Public Utility EasementDoyon LimitedFebruary 4, 2025Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an easement for the following:APPLICANT: Doyon, LimitedGEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: In and along the Yukon River between Fort Yukon and Tanana.AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department has authorized issuance of a 25-year public utility easement 30 feet in width and approximately 334 miles in length for a fiber optic telecommunications cable. See attached.DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
