Tender are invited for REQUEST FOR AMENDMENTCERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATER, Certificate No. 4714 [ADL 42983]Pursuant to AS 46.15 and 11 AAC 93, notice is hereby given that a request for amendment has been received for ADL 42983 for a water well field for the Kenai LNG facility at Nikiski.Marathon Petroleum Company LP requested an amendment to ADL 42983, and submitted the statutorily required amendment fee on April 9, 2025. The 2025 amendment to the Certificate of Appropriation of Water for ADL 42983 will: Remove Production Well #1, which is not in use. Add Production Well #4 Verify the current legal description of the area of appurtenance and update any conditions to the current standards for this type of subsurface well.
