Tender are invited for NOTICE OF A REQUEST FOR AMENDMENTADL 44159 CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATION OF WATERPursuant to AS 46.15 and 11 AAC 93, notice is hereby given that a request for amendment has been received from Snowbird Investment Properties LLC, 2521 E Mountain Village Dr, Suite B PMB 378, Wasilla, AK 99654.The request asks to amend the existing Certificate of Appropriation ADL 44159 (issued on November 13, 1977). The amendment would: Update the legal description for the location to which the water right appertains from the old MTRS legal description to: Lot 1, Fern Plaza Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof, filed under Plat No. 2009-71, records of the Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska. Update the source of water to reflect only one well, 117 feet in depth. Correct the location of the water source to show that it is within the area of appurtenance. Change the water use from single family dwelling (domestic) to commercial use.
