- Contract litter removal services for freeway on/off ramps and related administrative services. Service Provider shall provide twice monthly and on-request litter removal for the 101/23 Freeway interchange area, and once monthly and on-request litter removal service for the following 101 and 23 freeway “on/off ramps per direction” as defined below.
