Tender are invited for The Alaska Department of fish and Game has adopted regulations regarding changes to Title 5 Chapter 40 of the Alaska Administrative Code that will allow the department to manage private nonprofit shellfish hatcheries and modifies existing salmon hatchery regulations to update antiquated language, ensure consistent terminology and reorders existing Sections.
