NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEThis is not a request for competitive quotes. The proposed contract action is for Adult Detention Center Services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and pricing, which shall be considered by the agency no later than 12:00 pm MT on January 29, 2025. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
