The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division - Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCAD LKE) intends to issue a solicitation on a sole-source basis to Advantor Systems (CAGE 1S063) for the procurement and installation of Intrusion Detection Systems and Access Control Systems.
NAWCAD LKE intends to process this requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by NAWCAD LKE not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of NAWCAD LKE.
