Description:
Sealed proposals on forms prepared by the Architect will be received until 3:00 P.M. (local time), on Thursday, October 30, 2025 for the procurement and installation of aluminum storm windows and associated work on the first and second floors of the building located at 9 Church Street in the City of St. Albans in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other contract documents prepared by the Architect. Submit sealed proposals to the Owner at the address indicated in the Information to Bidders. Proposals will be opened in private at the convenience of the Owner. Proposals will not be accepted by facsimile or email. The project is expected to start by November 10, 2025. Completion date is September 30, 2026. The Contractor must meet the insurance requirements outlined in the Information to Bidders and be able to demonstrate experience in the trades required. No walk through of the project is scheduled, but bidders are encouraged to inspect the exterior of the building at their convenience. Contract Documents are available by email from the Project Manager. Bidders may request the full document package by contacting the project manager at pcross20@comcast.net. Contract documents will be e-mailed at no cost. Minority and women owned businesses are encouraged to bid. WBE-MBE and Buy America provisions apply to this project. This project is funded in part by a “Save America's Treasures” Grant from the US Department of the Interior, National Park Service.
