- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of San Mateo Project Development Unit is seeking responses from qualified General Contractors holding a valid California B license to submit their qualifications for construction services for the new Pescadero Fire Station #59 (Project).The Project scope of work includes the construction of a new single-story Fire Station located at 350 Butano Cutoff Road, in Pescadero California. The new 12,300 square foot station features an apparatus bay, dormitories, living spaces and offices. The construction includes a mat foundation supported by deep soil mixing (DSM). The roof will be cross laminated timber. The DSM piers, fire water tank, trusses and fire sprinkler system will be delegated design to be procured and managed by the General Contractors.
