Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Cultural Resource services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the counties of Madera, Fresno, Kings, Tulare, and western portion Kern (less District 9 portion of Kern County). The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order.
