The United States Consulate General in Guayaquil, Ecuador requires professional A&E design for chiller installation at a ground level. The Consulate General Compound is located in Av. José Rodríguez Bonin & Calle Santa Ana in Guayaquil, Ecuador
Once awarded, the study shall be completed in less than thirty (30) calendar days.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed-price type contract.
In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:
1. SF-1449.
2. Proof of SAM Registration.
SAM REGISTRATION
Pursuant to FAR 4.1102, bidders are required to be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) at the time a quotation is submitted.
To register to SAM, please follow the instructions detailed in the following link: https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror-s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT
The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference and site visit on September 12, 2025, at 10:00, at the project sites.
Offerors planning to attend the site visit must submit the Name, Phone number, Organization/Company, ID or Passport No. and nationality, of their company-s representatives to PenafielCD@state.gov no later than September 11, 2025 at 10:00, local time.
