Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call Roadway Construction Services for District 7. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on Construction Projects to improve the State transportation system throughout the eastern portion of Los Angeles County in California within the limits of District 7. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order.
