This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation forcommercial services. This requirement is issuedas a Request for Quotation (RFQ) prepared inaccordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) subparts 12.203 and 13.5, under NAICS Code541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, andTechnical Services), with a small business size standard of $19.5M.
This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; quotations are being requested anda separate solicitation will not be issued. Thisrequirement is being solicited as 100% womanowned small business set-aside.
The Health Resources and Services Administration(HRSA) is contemplating issuance of a BlanketPurchase Agreement (BPA) pursuant to FAR Part13.303. This BPA will allow the issuance ofFirm-Fixed Price (FFP) Call Orders.
The period of performance of this procurement isone (1) 12-month base period with four (4)12-month option periods.
