Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for maintenance and repair sustainment services of BLUEHALO LLC (CAGE: 0EXA1) (Formerly ‘Aegis Technologies-) Vampire ITS Classroom Training Sytems. Order will involve a one-year base period of performance and will include four, one-year options for additional service. Applicable fiscal year Operations and Maintenance funding shall be provided to support services.The Government intends to utilize the procedures at FAR 6.302-1, Only OneResponsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy AgencyRequirements.This sole source acquisition is being conducted under the authority of the simplified acquisition procedures for certain commercial items at 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by FAR 13.501(a). A Justification & Approval (JA) will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990.
