2.1.2 Operating System and Applications: Is the proposal acceptable completely in pdf format, or is Microsoft Word preferred with only signed docs (SF33 / CLINs) in a pdf attachment?Government Answer: In accordance with 2.1.2 Operating System and Applications, offerors shall submit proposal information using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point. Offerors shall submit letters and other signed documents as a fully searchable PDF file.
