Description
Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price, requirements, service contract to procure contract to provide gap analysis and planning support for the sustainment of Aerospace (AS) 9100 / 9110 Standards. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation.
The period of performance of this contract will include one twelve (12) month base year period and two twelve month option years. The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541618 Other Management Consulting Services. The size standard is $19,000,000.00. The product service code is R420 Support - Professional: Certifications and Accreditations (other than educ or info tech C&A). This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot.
Solicitation number W911N2-25-Q-0024 will be released on or about 19 May 2025, with a closing date on or about 10 June 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://sam.gov on or about 19 May 2025. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://sam.gov.
