This is a Request for Information (RFI) or an informal notice for Sources Sought¹ surveying and seeking the market for potential contractors to perform the work outlined herein and capable of providing a conceivable firm-fixed price. This RFI does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quote, or a Request for Proposal, nor should it be considered as a commitment on the part of the Government. The information received will not obligate the Government in any manner nor will the Government reimburse companies for any costs associated with submittal of this RFI.
Further, the information collected because of this RFI directly supports this agency-s market research and will be exclusively used to help guide the acquisition strategy of this requirement; therefore, contractors are encouraged to participate in the attached survey (found on page 3) and provide the data corresponding with this Sources Sought. Once more, this notice is seeking information on contractors capable of providing services herein.
