The 338th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS), at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Randolph, Texas (TX), is seekinginformation concerning the availability of technically capable firms to provide Course Development and DeliveryServices with Professional Support Services to successfully leverage current and emergent course development anddelivery technologies to meet mission requirements. Requirements include course storyboard creation,modification, and conversion; learning system program management and operation; career field professional adviceand curriculum development; distance and on-site curriculum development; registrar functions; and coursedevelopment, scheduling, distance and/or on-site delivery, and competency assessment; advanced analyticsfunctions, database querying/manipulating and joining multiple databases, interactive dashboard development(e.g., Tableau, Power Bi), advanced visualization, and advanced analysis (predictive analysis/ML techniques)Professional Support Services.
