Introduction: This Announcement for Proposals (AFP) solicits proposals to lease some or all of that certain non-excess, underutilized, undeveloped land hereinafter referred to as the “Property”.
The Property consists of multiple parcels totaling approximately 1,465 acres of non-excess, underutilized, undeveloped land located in the NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC) fee area as shown in Attachment B, SSC Land Map.
NASA estimates that the Property will be available at award in its current condition for up to a 30-year term. A base term with extension options of up to an additional 20-years can be proposed and will be evaluated and considered by NASA.
SSC has additional expertise and capabilities which are not included in this AFP. Use of these available capabilities will require additional negotiated agreements and are not a part of this Announcement for Proposals.
