Description
The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH), is requesting a quotation for a Mechanical Yard Enclosure and Retaining Wall Repair at their Washington, D.C. Campus, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. The resulting award will be subject to the supplemental Terms, Conditions, and Clauses attached below.
This Purchase Order will be awarded with a start date based on the selected offer-s proposed schedule of performance.1-4 describes the support associated with this solicitation: RFP-20342325R00008.
QUESTIONS: Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to Procurement at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of “Questions: 20342325R00008 ATTN: MWinans/GJohnson”, no later than 10:00 a.m. EST May 02, 2025.
REQUEST FOR SITE VISIT: Site visit requests must be submitted via email to Procurement at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of “Site Visit: 20342325R00008 ATTN: MWinans/Gjohnson”, no later than 10:00 a.m. EST May 02, 2025. The site visit will not be scheduled unless official requests are received. Requests must include the name, phone number, and email of all POCs that will attend, and must include their company name. -- Any Questions that arise during the site visit shall be held until after the visit and submitted via email to Procurement at purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line of “Site Visit Questions: 20342325R00008 ATTN: MWinans/Gjohnson”, no later than 10:00 a.m. EST May 07, 2025.
