Description:
IAW (in accordance with) FAR 6.103-1, The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System intends to award a Base plus two (2) option year firm-fixed, sole source contract for preventive maintenance and support services to AGFA US Corp.
Response Due Date: December 11, 2025 at 11:00AM (EST)
Requirement:
The contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance and service support on each of the items listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Type of Contract: Base Plus Two (2) Option Year Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
All responsible sources that feel they should be considered qualified to provide the
above-mentioned service may submit a response to this notice (by the response due date shown above) to kim.mccarthy@va.gov.
The information provided shall include detailed (and relevant) documentation to allow the Government to perform adequate market research and make a proper determination. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct an unrestricted open-market procurement.
