(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) Solicitation Number: FA8213-25-Q-DS33This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ).
(iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03

(v) Description of item(s) to be acquired:
The U.S. Air Force (AFLCMC\EBHC) at Hill AFB, UT has a requirement to procure two (2) ea. Keysight/Agilent 8753ES S-parameter network analyzers and one (1) each Keysight 85033E3.5mm calibration kit. This requirement will be a one-time purchase contract.
(vi) Delivery/Period of Performance:
• FOB Destination delivery terms shall apply.• Delivery: 30 days ARO• Location: Hill AFB
