The Government proposes to price the FY26 HELLFIRE (HF) Missile and Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM) Production requirements and associated Spares in support of the Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office. The different missile variations, parts, and potential quantities are found in the attachment “SPRRA225R0097 Variations List.” The “up to” potential ordering quantity for FY26 HF is 4,000 and JAGM is 1,200. The Contractor shall be able to provide resources to consist of program management, engineering, product assurance, logistics, configuration management, and test/evaluation support required to maintain the capability of the HELLFIRE, and JAGM missile systems. The contractor will also provide containers, pallets, environmental cover assemblies, special inspection equipment, software, supportability elements, platform interface and test sets.
This item is restricted to: Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Orlando, FL, (CAGE) Code 04939. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. The data needed to acquire these parts competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation.
