- The State Technical College of Missouri will receive Bids for the above referenced project. Work shall entail the construction of a new agricultural building on property owned by the college north of Osage Aviation. The building will be approximately 45,000sf and will include 9 classrooms, an admin suite including 10 offices, a mechanical shop with vehicle maintenance and washout bays and tool storage, a whitebox multiuse space, and support spaces and toilet rooms. Site preparation will be required to support the new building. The road accessing the building-s parking lot will extend from Airport Lane to the south. No part of vehicle circulation should come from Twin Ridge Road to the west. The owner will be responsible for the construction of the road extension and gravel parking lot as shown in the site plan.
