- Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (¿erfq¿) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Agriculture Water Meter Installation, Repair, And Replacement Services To The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿ Or ¿the Division¿) As Further Described In This Erfq. The Mandatory Requirements Can Be Found Under The General Comment/attachment Section Of The Bid. Prospective Bidders Must Be Registered In Team Georgia Marketplace To View The Complete Rfq And Attachments And Submit A Bid. All Bids Must Be Submitted Electronically Through Team Georgia Marketplace. The Project Includes Approximately 1,000 Meters Per Year. Multiple Awards Will Be Contracted For One-year Contracts With The Potential To Renew Annually Up To 4 Times. The State Entity Does Not Guarantee A Minimum Number Of Meter Orders To A Supplier That Has Been Awarded A Bid.
