The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center-Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) Heavy Equipment Autonomy team has a requirement to procure three (3) annual AGX Dynamics Pro software licenses, one (1) annual AGX Dynamics Runtime software license, and one (1) AGX Elastic software license. The requirement also includes a two (2) day online, instructor-led training on the use of AGX Dynamics for up to four (4) CERL personnel, and services for development of simulation-ready bulldozer models within the software that will be compatible with/ accessible throught the licenses stated above. ERDC-CERL intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Algoryx Simulation AB in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
Algoryx Simulation AB is determined to be the only source capable of fulfilling the Government-s requirement. Their AGX Dynamics software is uniquely capable of meeting the requirements, including ROS2 and Unreal Engine compatibility, physically realistic soil deformation, and dynamics needed for software-in-the-loop simulation.
