  The Contractor shall furnish the following spare part:

  Estimated Quantity (QTY) 215 Each Minimum - 1300 Each Maximum
  This is not a critical safety item (CSI).
  Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 24 months after date of delivery order award at a rate of 20 per month.
  Delivery Location: The anticipated delivery address is: 2001 Normandy Drive Door 113 to 134 New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002
  The Government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this action. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The Government has access to the data but does not own the rights to the data. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. Reverse engineering is not feasible.
