Bid Synopsis: The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protections (DATCP) is seeking bids for AH-AT-0051 - Animal Transport Vehicle Sticker as outlined in the attached documents. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective April 21, 2025 through April 20, 2026 with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is April 20, 2028. QTY: 1,000 Size: 7” x 3-1/2” Ink: Black both sides with ORANGE label color or flood coated ORANGE (2/1) Sunfast Inks or equivalent or better; and protective liquid clear coat. ORANGE is specified for year 2026. No overlamination. Gloss clear-coat. Clear coated with a Coating Clear U10V or R101 or equivalent, which will guarantee surface exposure to the elements for a period of 18 months. A minimum dry thickness of .0004 inches (.4mil) should be obtained. FRONT SIDE: Label is “ORANGE” (background color) or flood coated in ORANGE. State outline, all text and numbering will be “BLACK” ink that is water and fade Resistant. BACK SIDE: Black ink only.
