The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking qualified and capable contractors to submit offers for an Air Handling Unit Replacement project located in Auburn, Washington. This procurement is being set aside for a small business under NAICS code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, which has a small business size standard of $19.0 Million.

Work included in project:
1) Replace indoor, semi-custom air handling units; hydronic piping; metal ducts; direct digital control points; circuit breakers, and feeders.
