This is a Sources Sought Notice. After considering its market research, including certain capability statements from responsible sources, VACA has decided to proceed with a sole source contract in support of the Directorate of Analysis, Analytic Innovation Office for the Prometheus Intelligence Data Analysis and Object-Based Production Program. This program was originally developed on a SIBR contract and is being moved to its own contract to allow for further research and development. This follow-on contract is for highly specialized services and the agency does not possess adequate right in computer software or computer software documentation to disclose the computer software or computer software documentation outside the Government for the purposes of a competitive procurement.
