16. Description:
This procurement is for Air Analysis Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) software and hardware enhancement utilizing Picarro G2401-m units. This includes enhancing the fidelity of trace gas measurements, optical temperature and pressure measurements, and measurement diagnostics. This project will further the NOAA mission of partnering with commercial airlines to enable higher temporal and spatial resolution in measurements of greenhouse gases (GHG) in the atmosphere.
The Government intends to negotiate directly and award one (1) firm-fixed price purchase order with a total estimated value of $150,000.00. The expected period of performance is 15 March 2025 to 31 May 2026.
