1. OPENING DATE: The opening date for this solicitation is March 10, 2025, 3:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time. Solicitation No. SPE607-25-R-0203 has a base period from July 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. (Ref: FAR 52.212-1).
2. CLOSING DATE: The closing date for this solicitation is March 27, 2025, 12:00 P.M. Noon Eastern Daylight Time, Ft Belvoir, VA LOCAL TIME. Offers must be received by March 27, 2025, 12:00 P.M. Noon Eastern Daylight Time, Ft. Belvoir, VA LOCAL TIME. Any offer received after 12:00 PM Noon will be considered “Late” and may be determined to be unacceptable. (See FAR 52.212-1).
