Description
Solicitation W50SC2-25-Q-A002 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Air Compressor Maintenance at Bradley Air National Guard Base, 161 Rainbow Road, East Granby, CT 06026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.
This requirement is posted as a Full and Open Competition under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811310, “Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance”, with a size standard of $12.5 million. The Product Service Code is J043.
The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for the following CLIN structure:CLIN 0001 Air Compressor Maintenance in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1, Statement of Work (SOW)
All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at SAM.gov to be considered for award. Questions should be sent to TSgt Delmar Munoz at delmar.munoz.mil@army.mil by 1:00 PM, EDT, on April 1, 2025. Responses to questions will be posted by 1:00 PM, EDT, on April 3, 2025. Quotes are due no later than 5:00 PM, EDT on April 6, 2025. Offers must be submitted in writing and ONLY via email to TSgt Delmar Munoz at delmar.munoz.mil@army.mil. Oral offers will not be accepted. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Quotes must be valid for 30 days. Invoicing and payment will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Payment terms are NET 30 Days.
