This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial servicesprepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotesare being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documentincorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular2025-04.
This RFQ is issued under full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Thisprocurement is set-aside for small businesses. Only quotes submitted by small businessconcerns will be accepted by the government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractorthat is not a small business concern will not be considered for award.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 - Plumbing,Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19 Million.The Product Service Code is N041 - Installation of Equipment - Refrigeration, AirConditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment.
An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 9:00am - 11:00am,EST.
