Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate a sole source contract to Druck LLC, CAGE 1CE49 for the procurement of the following item(s): Air Data Test, NSN 4920-016566280, part number ADTS405-5643 Set in support of FMS Norway and Spain H-60R.

This acquisition is being pursued under the sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 15 calendars days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

All responses should be received no later than 4:00 PM EST, 20 June 2025. Responses should be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word format or Portable Document Format (PDF) to the following email address: juancarlos.r.belmonte.civ@us.navy.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.
