Description
The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,400 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a¼ mile radius of 1000 Elm Street, Manchester, NH 03103. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 3 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease. Additional information regarding this solicitation may be obtained from Marcia Marques at marcia.marques@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due not later than 5:00pm 9/2/2025.Draft Lease documents attached.Responses should include:-Proposed rental amount to include (Water/Sewer, CAM, Taxes and insurance)-Breakdown bid for attached construction build-out specs (for Relos/new offices)-Submit Proof of Active SAM Registration with CAGE CODE and Unique Identifier.NOTICE: The following information is provided for situational awareness and is not required to respond to this Source Sought.
