PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Federal Emergency Management Agency-s (FEMA) is distributing a pre-solicitation notice for Air Evacuation Aviation Planning and Operational Ground Support Services. Contractor managed multi-functional air operational support resources and capabilities as needed in support of Federal assistance for a national event. The period of performance is anticipated to be a 1- year base with 4 (1-year options). The government intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) and award hybrid FFP & T&M IDIQ-s contract to the responsible vendor(s) whose proposal is the most advantageous to the government. The North American Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 488119 - Other Airport Operations.
All interested and responsible parties may submit a proposal following the solicitation release. The solicitation will be posted to the Government Point of Entry website (https://www.sam.gov) on or about the week of February 24, 20252 . To be awarded a contract, an offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://www.sam.gov).
