The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard is $19M.
Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
1. General:
1.1 Description of Services: Contractor shall perform air testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) on rooms of varying size, configuration and function located at the VA Central California Healthcare System s Fresno Medical Center. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, specialty services and supervision required to complete the work indicated. The contract scope will be limited to the testing, adjusting and balancing of the air conveyance portion of HVAC system only. HVAC-related water loops and similar non-air conveyance-related tasks typically performed by a TAB contractor will not be included in this requirement.
