Subject: Pre - Solicitation Notice for Air Traffic Control Services
Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Bliss is issuing a Pre - Solicitation Notice. This notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, MICC Fort Bliss is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party-s expense. Not responding to this Pre-Solicitation does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the vendor who is interested in any potential future solicitation(s) to monitor all sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.

Air Traffic Control Services
The Contractor shall provide the following: air traffic control services, unidentified aircraft detection service, ATC maintenance service, all project management, supervision, personnel, work vehicle, contractor employee work chairs, and non-durable items and office supplies necessary to perform ATC services at Fort Bliss, TX. These services are required to support all aircraft operations within Ft. Bliss owned or delegated airspace via coordinated agreements with Biggs Army Airfield (Biggs AAF) ATC Branch.
