The AU/PA Outreach and Engagement Team are required to attend widely attended gatherings for the purpose of recruiting and disseminate information about their organization. The Air Force Association (AFA) holds two Air, Space, and Cyberspace Conferences annually. The AU/PA team attends as part of their mission. They are required to purchase booth space to setup at each venue. The booth spaces are purchased through the AFA. There are other conferences that are attended, however, there aren-t any with the audience that these conferences bring in at the times they are held. There are no other sources for this requirement. On 30 January 2025, a notice of intent to sole source was posted on SAM, but no responses were received by closing date of 7 February 2025. There is no other vendor that can provide the services required. AFA's website confirmed that AFA is the sole vendor for this conference. - Documents:
