***A sight visit is scheduled for 10 July 2025 at 1000 hrs at 815 Southampton Rd, Westfield, MA 01085. Vendors planning to attend will need to submit an Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) no later than 1400 hrs on 08 July 2025 to 104.FW.MSC@us.af.mil. Failure to submit an EAL by this deadline will prevent access to the base. Note: REAL ID is required per para 1.4.5. of the PWS.

__________________________________________________________________________The Massachusetts Air National Guard 104 FW has a requirement for the development of an Indefinite Delivery, Definite Quantity (IDDQ) contract for commercial aircraft sunshades as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 10 Apr 2025.
The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price, single award IDDQ contract.
This requirement will be a 100% set aside for small businesses.
